Print Products:

SHIPPING

Giclée paper and canvas prints ship directly from the printer using UPS.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address to make sure your order arrives at the right location, especially on international orders.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Production time for Giclée paper and canvas prints is about 7 days and shipping takes up to 5 days to arrive in the US.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS

If the items arrive damaged, I will work with you to make sure you get a replacement or a refund. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and we will get this right. Images of damaged packaging and prints need to be provided for insurance purposes.

No exchanges accepted, thank you for understanding.

No refunds available for shipping delays after the order was processed.

Event Participation Agreement, Waiver, and Release:

By participating in a paid or unpaid experience with Sophie Michaud LLC:

I understand and agree that Sophie Michaud LLC is providing a purely educational and informational event for participants. I acknowledge and recognize that Sophie Michaud LLC does not provide therapeutic, medical, or legal advice of any kind, and it is my responsibility to seek and secure such guidance and/or assistance should I need it and want it.

This event is not therapy, nor is it intended to replace any form of therapy. Although it may have therapeutic impacts because of deep personal creative processes, it is not intended to replace assistance and guidance from medical professionals of any kind.

I hereby release and hold harmless Sophie Michaud LLC including ALL staff, consultants, and teachers they may co-host the event with from any and all injury, harm, damage, or liability by virtue of my participation in this event.

I volunteer to participate in this experience and accept and assume the risks associated with any and all activities proposed as part of this event. I assume responsibility for my own well-being on all levels. I acknowledge that I am well enough, physically and mentally, to participate in this experience.

I acknowledge and agree that no guarantees have been made to me as to the results I would achieve or the insights I would receive by participating in this experience. I understand results are individual and vary.

By checking the box, I certify that I have carefully read, understand, and agree to this release of liability.

All event registrations are non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

In case the event you registered and paid for needs to be canceled by Sophie Michaud LLC, you will be contacted via email up to 24 hours before the date of the event, and a full refund will be issued to you.
